I’m finally feeling back to normal after the craziest month of the season! We had triple events this weekend…yes, that means Friday, Saturday AND Sunday, folks! What a weekend! Friday started us off with Meredith & Jon’s rehearsal dinner fabulousness here at the Mill, then their hailstorm wedding day ( we’re talking MAJOR hailstorm!) and finally Jennifer & Brian’s beautiful Sunday wedding at Grandover. I’m still feeling a little off balance, but am back into the swing of things here at the studios & ready to catch up on our blog previews!
So, this little gal is the perfect way to get back on a blogroll. Meet Evie Kate. She just turned one and her mom and dad wanted to get some fun photos of her for her birthday. I have actually known her lovely mommy, Ashlyn, since I was a little girl & this is not the first time they have been in the studio. I shot a sweet maternity session for them when Evie Kate was still a little bun in the oven! Now she’s back and one of the cutest babies I’ve ever seen! She has that Baby gap look that makes you melt… Go check out this first series on my kids site!

I can’t begin to tell you how much fun we had with you in the studio!! You are so wonderful and patient and obviously have the GIFT for children’s photography. Evie Kate was so at ease and comfortable with you from the moment we walked through the door. Your talent is quite obvious and you have found your true calling. I hope you continue to enjoy every minute of what you do because you are amazing!! I may be quite partial in my judgement but WOW what a beauty and WOW how you capture it perfectly!
